Okay I will lower the protein down and increase the carbs. Lets say 260g protein, 390g C, 75g F.
I will start shutting carbs off around 8 then. Don't wana hurt dat GH release.
Dextrose is gone from now on.
It is liquid egg whites that come in a package. They have been pasteurized I thought that helped the absorption.
Is subway that bad for you... I had no idea. I thought it was pretty healthy.
My sub consist of Italion herbs and cheese bread with (roast beef, turkey, and ham) lettuce, banana papers, olives, spinach, oil and vinegar, light mayo, and sweet onion sauce. For campus food I thought it was pretty healthy. I need to stop with the
sweet tea and chips though I bet.
