    Several of my friends at the gym at one time used this site and one was like you should try to get a good diet plan from that 400 guy and I was like 400?? but now I bet he meant 405 lmao

    Lean Bulking 101 is where it is at for you. Your plan for cals at 300 over maintenance is good. I may argue your protein is a little high (and expensive). There's no real need, especially when bulking, to have your protein more than 1.5g per lb of LBM. You can make the difference with carbs.

    But the trick to all this is really planning. Try not to 'get behind' or else you'll be force feeding at the end of the day. Ideally you want no carbs 3 hours before sleep but its no real biggie if you do. My sleep is disturbed if I eat carbs too late and GH release may be affected.

    You will only be able to digest 50% of your egg whites in your shake.

    Post workout sugar is a no no. Switch it for a real carb source.

    Subway is processed food, it wouldn't be a staple of my diet.

    What are the amounts of each food, it doesn't look like over 3000cals?

    Okay thanks for so much great info. We are starting to get somewhere.

    Okay I will lower the protein down and increase the carbs. Lets say 260g protein, 390g C, 75g F.

    I will start shutting carbs off around 8 then. Don't wana hurt dat GH release.

    Dextrose is gone from now on.

    It is liquid egg whites that come in a package. They have been pasteurized I thought that helped the absorption.

    Is subway that bad for you... I had no idea. I thought it was pretty healthy. My sub consist of Italion herbs and cheese bread with (roast beef, turkey, and ham) lettuce, banana papers, olives, spinach, oil and vinegar, light mayo, and sweet onion sauce. For campus food I thought it was pretty healthy. I need to stop with the sweet tea and chips though I bet.

    I will post the amounts of each tonight.

    I am the most chill and easy going person you will ever meet. When people try to bring others down then that's when I get like that. It doesn't help to make fun of somebody that is already putting his all into constructing a workout and diet plan to the best of his abilities. I posted this kind of diet back about a month ago and got laughed out, but never anything constructive. It seems like the only people wanting to really help are the guys in here. I have read dieting 101, cutting 101, and lean bulking 101... Is there anything else you think I should read?
