How do you even eat one meal a day?

You wake up at 6am eat your 4000 calories at 6.30. Then by the time you go to bed you have not eaten for 12-14 hours so by the time you wake up its been like 20 hours no food?

Or you eat at night before bed then go a whole day of no food?

How do you do your work outs before your big feast or after? If before how do you even have energy? If after how can
You even move?

I just can not get my head around this. You must be lying or if true you must be foing 2 steps forward 2 steps back meaning you make no gains..
