Like gb said, it is a complicated topic; so you should read all the replies and even do your own "research." I wouldn't worry too much about it if you haven't been experiencing problems. Again like gb already informed you, many of the milk alternatives aren't actually milk and have significantly less protein sans soy milk. Soy milk has its own potential problems though.
