A few Vitamin B12 questions

I'm attempting an extremely clean 5,000+ calorie bulk in a few weeks and there's no way I can manage all of that without a little assistance.

For those of you who have used/use Vitamin B12, please help me with a few of my questions

How much do/did you inject on a weekly basis?
How do/did you feel while on it? Did it help tremendously with your appetite?
How frequently do/did you inject while using it?
Are there any negative side effects associated with it?

I don't know, I really never felt the effects of B12 but again the most I took was 100mcgs twice a week.

And of course the pill form of B12 which is not as effective but making my urine bright yellow

That's what I was considering. 1000mcgs of B12 Methyl injected ED Subq

I've used B12 quite a bit and 1000 is too much for subcutaneous injections. I have to go IM with that much.

Vitamin B12 is a great appetite stimulant and even 1000mcg per week still has a great effect.

Do you think 500mcg ED (.5 mL) injected ED is too much also? I don't want to sound like a p*ssy but I'd rather inject Subq and leave the IM injections to AAD down the road

Maybe, maybe not. I have shot 0.4ml once before of HGH and it was fine, but it was very uncomfortable and such after the injection. Not to mention I had to go reallllly slow in order to allow the liquid to absorb into the fatty tissue properly when injecting that much. I don't want to be left with painful bumps and welts.

Good question. I forgot to include the detail that I did it all at once. If you read medical information, doctors will commonly give anemic patients one weekly shot of 1000mcg and it does have that much of an effect.

I agree with everything Atomini said in this thread.

I run 1000mcg daily on cycle. And 1000mcg once per week off cycle. <~ this has yeilded best results. Of course, it's tough to gauge but I can assue you that I'm dong a whole lot better today because of B12.

Just throw it in with my sauce. Adds volume so I can hit multiple spots at one time. It's so cheap, why not.


But, I can't see it being worth ED shots or even EOD.

Okay, this might be a stupid question, but you guys know how they say you can drink injectable Winstrol, right? Is Vitamin B12 the same? Meaning although the product is meant for oral administration, it's still Vitamin B-12 Methyl for the main ingredient. Would there be any fault in injecting this?

Is this stuff okay to inject? Having a hard time finding injectable B12 Methyl for sale although I've found plenty of Cyan. Thanks!

That's what I'm leaning towards at the moment. A good, reputation company that delivers fast that I can order pins from also. No Methyl, but it's not a big deal.

Once again wish you the best on your first cycle. Make sure to STERILIZE so you don't end up like that other guy going apeshit and threatening to rape member's families over an abscess.

yea i use 1 of those alcohol wipes on the vial, and 3 on the injection site..

Austinite got it right on. I do the same protocol as him, although, i'm on a cutting cycle right now so i'm using ZERO vitamin B12 because I just don't want to deal with the appetite boost when i'm carb cycling.

Otherwise, its at least 1,000mcg per week for me.
