I'm attempting an extremely clean 5,000+ calorie bulk in a few weeks and there's no way I can manage all of that without a little assistance.

For those of you who have used/use Vitamin B12, please help me with a few of my questions

How much do/did you inject on a weekly basis?
How do/did you feel while on it? Did it help tremendously with your appetite?
How frequently do/did you inject while using it?
Are there any negative side effects associated with it?
