I live in Boston so it's pretty cold, but if it comes to it I would be more than willing to run if you think that's nessesary. I'm currently having car troubles but should be able to gymrat in the morning too in about a week. But I always wondered wether to cardio or lift, as I have lifted in the morning and felt extremely fatigued during classes.
Maybe running in a fasted state? Anybody agree?
