IMHO, YES, People will most certainly notice. Assuming that you are eating and training correctly. Shoulders were the dead giveaway for me as well as for two other people i know. About a month to a month and a half in, it seemed like i woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and said to myself "holly shit" My delts and traps had grown considerably (they were huge, at least for me they were) and also well defined at the same time. They had never even came close to looking that developed in all the years i had trained on and off. And then when you go to the gym and get a pump, theres just vains like crazy all over the front delts, another thing that was never there before prior to AAS. Yes, i had people questioning me. I would either laugh like as if i wasnt taking them seriously, or just deny it. But it didnt matter. If someone has at least any kind of knowledge about aas, then they are gonna know whats up. Thats just my .02 as well as my personal experience with my first test cycle

It is a rule of this board that we resect each other reguardless of weather we agree or disagree. Maybe he caibrated his bf wrong, or maybe he misunderstood when he had it checked by someone else, or maybe he did straight out lie. If something doesnt add up then there is a polite way to ask for more clarification and no need to fire accusations accompanied by foul language. If the op's thread bothers you then you dont need to be a part of it if you dont want.
OP, dont feed into the negativity, if someone flames you, politley ask them to refrain from commenting if they do not have something positive to offer. If that request is not honered, then report them to admin! Lets get AR back to what is was just a couple of months ago when everyone was treating each other with a little more respect. I think you need to post your workout in the relevant section for critique. Particularly if I'm reading it right and you have 16 sets for triceps alone an only 16 sets for quads and hams.
