Pin time and locations

Since this is my first time on T is there a particular way to pin? I mean the wife has the experience with injections but I have small concerns How do you know if you stick a vein or is there a technique to do to make sure? Is it like the old days when you needed a shot in the arse and the nurse just jabbed ya and you were done? Thanks guys sorry for the corny questions but you are the pros and I have been reading this site for over a year and its time for a better healthier ME

You'll need to aspirate by pulling back on the plunger slightly once the needle is in. If you see no blood you're good to go.

If you are unsure the exact locations you can check that website I posted. Like papa smurf said gluts and quads are easy.

For your glut take your pinky and your thumb, putting your pinky at the top of your butt crack then extend your thumb horizontally towards the side of your body. Where your thumb lands is then injection spot.

For your quad draw an invisible cross on your leg starting at the center of your knee going ventricle splitting the leg in half. Then the same horizontally till you have four equal quarters. The quarter closest to your pocket (upper outer quarter) is your injection spot.
