You'll also want to run a aromatase inhibitor (AI) while on cycle to control your estrogen levels. Most people use either 0.25mg arimidex or 12.5mg Aromasin every other day. These are important to keep things like bloat, gyno, ed and other non wanted side effects at bay.

Have you considered the use of hcg while on cycle? Helps speed up recovery and keeps testicular atrophy at bay.

For your post cycle therapy you mentioned you have clomid and another anti estrogen? You'll need the clomid and nolvadex for sure.

Week 1-10
250mg test e Monday and Thursday
Hcg 250iu Monday and Thursday
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/arimidex 0.25mg EOD

14 days after last injection is when you'll want to run your pct

Clomid 100mg daily week one and two, 50mg daily week three and four.

Nolvadex 40mg daily week one and two, 20mg daily week three and four.

You are making it harder than it needs to be.I pin when I have time.Glutes quads delts never over 2ml for me.Some guys do chest traps and Bis.
