Thanks for the response Marcus. I guess I should clarify. I started lifting as soon as I graduated high school. Never made much gains from mass but still was able to increase my strength.

Only in the last year have I been able to control my diabetes to the point where I could increase my calories by almost 2x a day thus gaining my weight. As everyone says, nutrition is key.
I have changed routines around and they have helped. I guess it is just difficult, when you are gaining a pound a week on average and then that stops, it sucks, as everyone here knows.

Also would starting something be that bad idea? I guess I would get the help from you guys here rather then figure it out on my own if I am going to do it and make a mistake. I have always liked the idea of trying a routine, thus why I put so much effort into gaining that 45lbs.

Even if you started AAS you need to be aable to incrase your calories to suit your new weight/mass so if you can increase your cals to support any new tissue you wont gain any new tissue even with steroids, because after the cycle you will lose all gains due to your cals not be able to support the new tissue. So I would post your diet in the diet section and ask for help to increase you cals to build and support more muscle, once you have mastered this then maybe you can look towards some aas but until you can sort your diet out there would be no point and only cause you more harm than good.
