    Not to sure what you're getting at, are you asking if milk is ok?it's not ideal for cutting, but if it is worked into your macros it is fine.

    Personally I eat my oats between actual meals with a protein powder, generally 1 scoop protein to 60 grams of oats (2 scoops). I use water, and shake it up, works fine, I recommend using bran oats, they are very small and perfect for this.
    i am already taking english classes .
    what i am asking is putting oatmeal in a cup than adding some milk is not practical and everybody says milk contain sugar so dont take it.so i am looking for a way as an practical solution.yours seems ok.

    Water or almond milk instead of dairy milk. Easy enough.
