I've been doing 50% almond milk, 50% liquid egg whites for a while now.

No different. The egg whites are tasteless, and I use unsweetened almond milk w/ stevia.

Note I use this as part of a bigger meal with a lot of other ingredients, but this is the liquid 'base'.
