I have read interesting articles that stated that the enhanced mood brought about by AAS can be blocked by naltrexone. Naltrexone is an opioid/opiate blocker - it blocks the euphoria caused by pain killers and heroin. Based I this premise, it is theorized that ppl may become addicted to AAS by the same mechanism those become addicted to pain killers. Just food for thought.

    This is silly.

First of all, not everyone experiences the so called enhanced mood brought about by AAS.

Second of all, AAS interacts with AR receptors, which none of the opioids do, as a matter of fact.

Third of all, mood elevations -if they may occur- while coming off of AAS has solely to do with what we call Test crash, an hormonal state in which the juicer is left with very little natural Test due to having been shut down and trying to reboot (hopefully) with PCT compounds, which again has nothing in common with heroin withdrawal symptoms per se.

People who are supposedly addicted to painkillers are either in a lot of pain and thus the word addiction here becomes irrelevant; or the subject here has an addictive personality and hence can be addicted to pretty much anything else including other people. Give a person Naltrexone who has addictive personality, he will be addicted to Naltrexone too.
