    Ive also heard this but its still better then nothing i check my bp before i start and then usually evey few days throughout so ill still see a diference if it goes up

    Yeah, I agree it's better than nothing, but I wouldnt be too alarmed if you're reading a little high. If you're showing in the 140s or higher, I'd definitely look in to it more.

    Yeah, I agree it's better than nothing, but I wouldnt be too alarmed if you're reading a little high. If you're showing in the 140s or higher, I'd definitely look in to it more.
