Actually, I didn't start at that dose but graduated to it rather quickly, I started at 2,200 & then jumped to 4,100 & then to 5,000 so a more accurate answer would be about 4 or 5 months at THAT dose

Love the new avi BEAR !! I like the softer, cuddly side of you........ now if you can just find a pic of pooh bear after running 5000 mg of gera a week, it would be perfect!!
