I believe that maybe people on here began considering this bro-science due to the outlandish claims being made by supplement companies who simply over exaggerate the benefits of post workout nutrition. While immediate post workout nutrition is beneficial, it is not the holy grail of building muscle. It is simply another nutrition practice to be followed to aid in muscle growth.

I mean really if your doing everything else correctly why not do all that you can to maximize muscle growth and engage in immediate post workout nutrition?

I back my thoughts and opinions with medical research studies -->
