    Yes, dates are very sweet and have a lot of sugar, but they are also nutritious..,isn't it a good thing for insulin spike after workout? I know people using it with some benefits.

    This is a relief to know some people eat regular rice not a brown rice..I never eat brown rice..My goal is to bulk up and gain mass..I just need to improve my appetite and eat more calories..
