Found it at 7 something to be the cheapest.
Lowes wants like 12 bucks a can.

I thought I had another Hernia starting, taking a few days off of training. Things feel better already. I honestly think the discomfort may have been caused by some new under armor breifs that I was wearing. fvckers were super tight at the waistband. Have to see how things go.

And hell is still hot, I think that there may have already been too much damage done to recover from. So now the plan is to drag things out until the kids are out of the house, then punt.
