sure it's better then nothing but when peeps read this shit on dat der interwebz they think all they have to dat is o is take a magic pill. just like all the hype about tren burns body fat. Maybe but so minimal it goes unnoticed. what peeps do notice is a gain in lean body mass with little to no fat gain which does decrease body fat percent by gaining muscle and continues the misconceptions.
