If you're being a nutrition 'snob', then yes. As good as the bread is, it's still processed to some degree. i.e. it's not found in nature.

However for our purposes, it's a perfectly acceptable source, nothing to worry about whatsoever IMO.

Sounds awesome. I make a 'ghetto' parfait... just nonfat Greek, stevia, blueberries, and raw oats. Yours sounds much better!

Yep... I've seen but never bought it. Actually haven't had any of their cereals, only breads and their English muffins. Guess I have something new to add to the shopping list this week!

You want the most awesome bread EVER? Check this stuff out - Innkeeper's Bed and Breakfast 8 Grain Bread. Found at Costco (and maybe elsewhere). http://bread.com/content/innkeepers-...-8-grain-bread

I'm in love with the stuff. Technically, it's not as 'clean' as something like Ezekiel, but it tastes WAY better IMO, and it's still decent - no HFCS, etc. It's also very dense, and at 180 calories/serving, you're getting a hearty piece of bread.

I often eat the bread you use (Arnold Health Nut), and it's decent. If you like that, you'll LOVE this.

Fuk, that's taking it to another level... never tried it fried!

Olive oil though, huh? Seems butter would be the obvious choice... doesn't the olive oil add an unpleasant flavor?

I'm convinced he's Amish living in the middle of corn fields as far as the eye can see. I'm sure he put the bread on some rocks he heated with fire.

You will never go back after we butcher the cow and cut the steaks off while the blood is still warm! You can sit on the carcass while it's grilling!
