Quick question..

Say I start monday.. I would pin M/W/F/Sun= Prop. What days would I pin HCG? Tues/Thurs or Tues/Sat? Considering you said take day before prop. AI= Tues/Thurs/Sat?... Just a little confused.

When you are running a short ester it doesn't really matter - your Test levels will be as stable as they can be. hCG can then be included any day as long as the second shot is 3.5 days apart - for the most stable bloods when using twice per wk protocol.

And please keep in mind this is NOT etched in stone. This is simply a guideline to maintain the most stable bloods. But being off a day here and a day there will not upset the apple cart.
