Not to side track this or sound like an a$$.....but what is your caloric intake daily? That is the single biggest predictor of size. Sure, the basic supps such as protein, creatine, glutamine, arginine, beta alanine etc. will get mentioned but none of this matters if you aren't eating to gain size.Originally Posted by Rostigaxt
