    lol. Macros for that meal? Is that before or after workout and how long before/after?

    There are supplements that can help if you're feeling sluggish, but the problem is that taking them at night could also keep you awake later than you want.

    I would also have your cortisol levels checked. They go up and down, you might be working out while they're down. They typically peak in the morning and evening. But you may have a dip somewhere and may need to supplement. This is one of many possibilities, I mention it because I had to change my workout time due to this.

    You could try some OTC help. Rhodiola, Adrenal and some micronized L-Arginine.
