    This is just a bad idea. You've been working out for 2 months. 2 FVCKING MONTHS. And you had your stomach stapled. You're only losing weight because you physically can't eat the amount you used to. Your stomach can't even be fully healed right now anyways. You're not even supposed to be eating beef until at least 6 months after you recover.

    Building muscle is about training hard and eating big. And I don't mean eating the garbage that made you fat in the first place. I'm talking eating the right foods.

    I tell you what, in 2 years you come back with your diet dialed in right and some heavy lifting experience and I'll encourage you to do gear.

    Dude thanks for the concern but read it again. I had surgery 2 years ago...I lost weight but in conjunction with that I also did p90x. Im currently doing the beast body workout to build more muscle but needed to know if aas would be good for my situation. I can accept criticism but make sure you read and not glance over what I posted. Please give me more feedback.
