Finished last week well and managed to keep diet together over weekend. For the most part.

Just did a nice easy 2 months of maintenance consisting of strict diet and training during the week followed by a few beers on Fridays. That was fun. Nice break since last year I mostly stuck with training and did not go out much.
Last weekend decided to cutout the weekend beers and start a cut. Maybe do that for a few months and see how it goes.
I'm sure once you are properly healed and you can get back 100% those 10lbs will be gone. Start a log. You know we will all support you.
