6 weeks off of the gym. And then have to build weights back up. ESP bench press moves etc. totally worth it IMO.

Not sure what u do but for my desk job I was off Thursday - Monday. Could have gone to work on Monday but went back on Tuesday. You will be restricted if you have active job. No lifting anything over 5!lbs.

well im loving all that has happened, especially the talks about u and dan breaking up. I also noticed ole pooh bear has hardened up, probably due to the hot new misses in his life! he's one lucky animal, having a gal like u and all... even if he's stuffed full of fluff! i'll be trying to find this argument with eurohaulic, im sure it was entertaining! im sure he said some outlanding BS which I often see him saying.....
oh and u mentioned implants, light nipples and other things which made me drool... im sure u remember the rules around here EM... Pics or it didn't happen
