Great read MK!

Couple of questions...

1) would it be fair to say that many of the health concerns historically attributed to testosterone (especially in older men), i.e., high BP, prostate disease, high lipid profiles can actually be attributed to the aromatization of test and the subsequent rise in E2?

2) the above article attributes soy to helping block some E2 receptors but in more recent literature I've noticed that soy seems to be a culprit in overall E2 elevation in men. What is the current "doctrine" in regards to the soy/E2/male relationship?

Again, great read! Thanks bud!
