    haha..I'm w/ya on the cutting. My goal is 10% which is somewhere i haven't been in about 7 years. Eating is just too much fun. But let's get down and have some fun!

    LOL I love all the trash talk in these threads.
    Best of luck to you. The way I look at it either way I win because self improvement is a Win win for me. I'm not really worried about beating anyone else and want to see everyone do good and improve. Honestly I have little hopes of winning or being one of the top especially since I still can only lift about 50% of where I was at before the shoulder surgery but like I said for me it's just about personal improvement and is just getting me closer to my long term goals.

    You should go for it.... You will learn a lot from entering something like this.... It will teach you discipline for one.....

    Re... Getting ur training dialed in... JFDI... Don't overthink it... Just train with good intensity and keep doing it

    I've been eating 5000cals above maintenance in just one meal a day.

    Admittedly, said meal takes 10 hours to eat but it's still one meal and I've been making some awesome 'weight' gains.

    Damn Tim Horton's right next door from this place! Going over there in a few for a breakfast sandwich. And as i know i won't be able to say no, a doughnut or two. I think my goal of 10% for the comp may be the hardest thing i've ever done.
