You should be able to gain a minor bit muscle weight in a slight deficit, but to much deficit will put you in muscle maintenance only with fat loss. But that it appears you have been able to do without AAS.

To cut the last few % from 11 to my goal of 7-8% without losing too much lean mass, and if i can accomplish that before the end of the cycle then to put on a little mass. I don't want too do a bulking cycle because I live with people who seriously frown upon gear and a cutting cycle would be less obvious. Also, I am almost at the mass level that i would consider optimal for me, and I would probably overshoot that on a bulking cycle.
