Testosterone and growth hormone are secreted as an acute response to exercise varies directly with volume. For the hormone to release you want to do as much volume as you can.

The more muscle mass involved, generally the bigger the movements get and the heavier they get, so you can actually get more volume.

But, heavy squats and even more so, deadlifts cause a tremendous release of testosterone and growth hormone.

Another thing about Testosterone people dont understand, is the the more you have sex and orgasm the more Test your Testes produce, but thats only during sex and not during masturbation.

Its been researched and researched that when you have an orgasm during sex it releases testosterone, but not with masturbation and there is no tricking it. Sexual stimulation causes the body to increase the production of oxytocin which increases endorphin production (the “feel-good” chemical), and this also raises testosterone. Its kinding like your Testosterone raises when you win a game or win at anything, its a brain thing, and when you masturbate you dont feel like you just won anything.

Or you could just huff some oxytocin and masturbate and that would give you the same effect that having sex would and releasing more testosterone into your body. But good luck on finding over the counter oxytocin to huff, lol

Another thing people dont realize is that when you have an orgasm, that the orgasm and the ejaculation are 2 different functions. That is why you can have multiple orgasms with out ejaculating. Most people dont know this because they are so close to each other. But in fact they are separate because you can ejaculate with out having an orgasm as well.
