Yeah, it's actually really hard. No gum, etc. I'm feeling pretty shitty at the 12 hour mark lol. I've read that after you get passed the first week, food cravings are very minimal and you start to feel normal. I feel a little foggy headed at the moment.

Yeah, normally I just restrict my calories, but I'm looking for something much more drastic. And I haven't tried keto before, so i figured it's time.
