Should I look into a Fibre supplement? I'm hoping between EC/clen/ or a preworkout will be enough to make it through my days. How much fat loss are we talking?

What do you know about artificial sugars? They are 0 carbs, but I read that some can mimic carbs and cause insulin responses.
