I had ankle surgery and still can't run. A month later I had rotator cuff surgery. Still can lift arm in any direction without pain. Just started rehab. I can't screw this up for me long term. I was entered on tough mudder for this year which is after this contest ends and can't risk it. I am also entered in another shorter obstacle course late summer and probably won't be able to participate. I really would like to but it's not my year. Oh. How I would like to whoop on Cape. I would be in the open category. .
