First thing in the morning like I'm supposed to, and I was taking 2x the max recommended dose of tribulus to get up to 533.

I realize I have it better than some but 400-500 for a 24 year old male is still pretty low. The clinic I'm going to for TRT prescribes it to people my age with test under 600....

Tribulus doesn't work man. and 400-500 is a normal level. Even at 250, you'd have problems finding a doctor willing to prescribe TRT due to many not knowing much about TRT protocols.

And by the way, the doctor doesn't just hand you a bottle of Test C and tell you to go pin away. They're most likely going to start you off on that androgel.

I get a weekly injection at a TRT clinic of test C. and I blast with other test (and steroids in addition to my trt dose).

I'm in contact with a clinic in the states (I live in Japan right now) that will give me a test cyp scrip if I have test levels under 600 @ 24 years old. Also, they will be mailing me my TRT meds so yes, I will be getting a bottle of test cyp to "pin away". They do bloodwork prior to starting, and 6 weeks after starting. If my levels are stable at that point then I won't have to get more blood work from them.

Also, they know I've used test before and will give me an AI to have "on hand"

I'm not just gonna blindly decide I want to get on TRT without a solid plan...

"Clinics" are really not into your health. They're about prescribing any way possible to make money and do the minimum amount of required BW to allow them to issue meds to you legally. Your overall health is really not their concern.

When it comes to "not going blindly into TRT without a solid plan" then fill us in. What exactly is your plan? You have mid-range T levels and feel they should be higher. Have you had thorough BW with a competent Doc to diagnose exactly what may be causing "lower" T levels and if so was any corrective action taken? Basically, what was the diagnosis or causative factor? Is the doctor(s) you have seen one of the better ones in this field? Have you tried simple solutions such as vitamin D, DHEA, Pregnenolone, etc to improve your natural levels?

If the answer to these questions is basically no, then you really have no solid plan and have not made the necessary efforts to improve your endogenous levels first and foremost. IMHO you should reconsider TRT as being such a godsend until you really need it. 50 years of pinning is a long damn time....

I realize that the clinics are out to make a buck and could care less about my health, but I on the other hand care quite a bit about my health and will be getting the necessary tests to ensure I don't kill myself. If you want to see my reasoning for wanting TRT read the above post. It's quite simple, really.
