I just cut em and stuck em on tin foil at 375. And probably cooked for 40 min? The outsides got a lil black on some. But you notice they start to turn dark, and leak brown juice it looks like molasses... Throw a piece in your mouth and bite down and it literally just dissolves into sweet satisfaction... Best kitchen mistake I've made in a while.

Love butter and love baked sweet potatoes. When I was dieting for a show way back when. I was stivig for "0" carbs, three weeks out. At work I was loosing my eyesight, (blurry) could think or concentrate and couldn't stay wake. I left went to a rest and ate 1 baked potato with nothing on it. Take this with a grain of salt maybe but it was a shot of speed, I couldn't seep that afternoon and went back to work like a demon. Ha what a trip. I learned just how a carb like that could pull me out from the depths of nothing for energy.....just a story about baked potatoes and me. ...crazy mike

Quote "What do you think your body would process better? Besides butter tastes way better anyways, margarine is synthetic bullshit"...I like that comment . ...crazy
