Well, I have been working out for about a year and a half and I am steady about 156lb. I am 5ft10in...as for my levels-i can not remember very well but I see my doc every 2 months since the wreck and she tests-she told me that I am doing extremely well with balancing my diet to drop them down when they get abnormal(had it for years-no medications). I went through boot camp.I used to train to fight.i have a rooted primitive desire to be a better me. ha ha

You need to learn to eat if you plan to grow. AAS would just be a waste if you don't eat good. And yeah, you need to build up a solid foundation of muscle before you consider a cycle.

Also at your age, get some bloodwork done, just to make sure you're not suffering from Low T or other underlying medical conditions.

I am "manic".Wired to go.Once i start its hard to stop and most of the time when I should rest my body just puts out more energy, also my metabolism is extremely high. Taking in that many calories helped get me to the 170 range over good time frame but that was without the scrambling of my chemistry from the wreck.
Trained by a Marine, trained by a trainer when I managed an LaFitness..so my knowledge of rest, intervals, diet etc..are pretty good.(what to and not to eat)..its just that with jacking up my calorie intake and isolating the weak areas(slow and in control) my weight does not seem to want to go up-just my intensity and determination...I have and will continue to take in the calories-always have, just trying to find an alternative if the food and exercise doesnt work out.
and thanks for the feedback guys.

And I would say to stay away from compound movements as it puts more stress and you can't adjust the motions in which gives you pain...

It's MUCH MUCH easier to use cables because it's less stress #1 and #2 you have the ability to tweak the angles....Basically, it's up to you the range of motion you choose.....

For ALMOST all exercises, you can complete with cables...You can do standing rows by adjusting the cable mid waist, you can do them one arm at a time or you can do it together with two hand grips or a straight bar...

You can slide in a bench and do chest presses with cables, you can do incline on cables....You can do one arm shoulder presses with cables....The list goes on and on..

You will be ABSOLUTELY surprised that with the slightest adjustments in range of motion cables give you it can eliminate or help the areas in which you would normally feel the pain...

If would probably be a GREAT way to start building your strength back and some muscle tissue...
