hey guys, sorry about posting in the wrong place. im shaun, ive got 2000mg test cyp in 10ml vial. took my 1st shot out of a single vial dose 200mg. im wondering what type of split should i use to get the best out of my juice.im thinking 200mg a week for 10 weeks, whats your advise? oh, im 6'0 185, 35 years old, lifting for 5 years, 5 and 6 days a week. isolate each muscle group once a week. plenty of protein, 5 or 6 small meals a day and protein supplements. thanks.
