Bi and tri are 2 of my favorite places to pin, don't even have to take my shirt off lol. No pip anymore for either but bi's did hurt some at first. 25g 1" is all I use and I pin bis, tris, lats, traps, delts.

For tris I like to extend the arm I'm pinning out to the side parallel to the ground with palm up. The long head of your tricep will be exposed and it's easy to see the meatiest part of it in that position. It's not hard to reach or keep steady and it's a big enough muscle it can handle some oil.

And X2 on whoever said quads are the most painful place to pin. I've done them enough times that its no virgin muscle and still hurts like a bitch. I think I'd pin my eyeball before pinning quads ever again.

i like how you think... I do that with my tris to but I lay down if I inject my triceps my hands are too little to hold the vial parallel to the floor and to try to press down to inject so I lay down and when the vials vertical I can just keep my hands toward the top to inject while the vials in place... Improv right there.
