Question for the fellas. I hardly ever use the leg press cuz the weights are left on. . I have a hard time unracking. Would you guys be bothered if I was to ask you to unrack a weight for me???
personal trainers that don't have a clue, and are basically stealing people's money....
and when they say stupid sh!t like "you don't have to lift weights to get big"
not to mention that the ones at my gym look like they have never even lifted a weight before.. and one of them always stinks of tobacco...

the guy who does pull ups in the squat rack ( like 5-6....with very shitty form flailing around like a fish to get up) and then stands in the squat rack for 5-10 mins until hes ready to do a couple more pull ups.... OR the guy who has a crap ton of plats tied up in like 6 different places.....and instead of using 1 35ib plate, he uses 2 10's and 3 5's on each side so it looks like more.
Had something like this tonight in the gym. A 5ft nothing 130lb skinny young chap literally in the gym before my friend and I and we were doing back for a good 35 mins and HIT'ing it like as if it was going outta fashion yes this kid was still benching I kid you not 45lb's on a bb. So my buddy and I do single db rows thinking ahh he'll def be finished by the time we finish these he was there for ages.
After two warm up sets with the rows we hammered into hit and when we finished he was still benching nothing but on his phone pricking around and I asked was he finished with the bar we wanted to do t bar rows he said he had another set, I had to walk away or I was going to explode no wonder he's not getting any gains or anything thats just lunacy being there for so long, I was thinking we were all being punked
I can't stand when people curl on the squat rack. My gym only has two and there's always a dick using the bar to curl.
Also, my gym has about two groups of 4-6 guys that come in and work together. Literally all taking turns one thing. Takes about 30 mins just for them to get off the bench. Couldn't stand it so much I had to change the time I go to the gym.
I don't know if anyones posted this one or not,but what pisses me off at the gym is someone taking the locker next to me. I go to the gym around 2-3 am and there's not another lock on a locker, but no matter which one I take and put my lock on some dumba$$ almost always takes the one next to me.
I hate people who stand in front of the dumbbell rack to workout when theres plenty of room behind them i was carrying a dumbbell and some short stocky guy that thinks hes the shit starts doing shoulder raises in front of the db rack. Didnt stop me, i walked in his way and messed up his set to lean in and put back the weight. Recovering from a herniated disc atm and i am not gonna stand still with weights in my hand to wait for some lazy person to get done with his set.

Well, here lately, our gym doesn't have a scale (it broke, some 485 pound dude got on it, and the poor scale never quite recovered). I write my weight down every day, and now i dont'. hopefully they will get another soon..............?
I hate it when equipment is broken and takes forever to be repaired or when daylight savings tie happens and it takes 2 weeks for them to adjust the clocks

I was doing leg extensions the other day and was 3 sets in. My hat, sweatshirt, water, and keys were laying right in front of the machine. I stood up after the 3 set and stepped forward out of the machine to stretch and test for a few seconds. As soon as I turn around to sit back in it, a guy(probably late 60's) sits down, changes the weight and starts doing it. WTF. He didn't say a word. I just stared at him until he got up and walked off..there was another identical machine right in fron of this one to..
