Oh, and eat A LOT of lean meats (chicken, fish, etc) I'm talking like 20 pounds a week or more (depending on your size).
If I (or anyone knowledgable on these boards) had to choose between food and roids....we would all choose food. The food you eat impacts you more than anything else you do training wise. Be-it workout intensity, roids, or sleep. Food trumps all.
