    Width too. You get rid of the love handles an you will have a great taper.

    Ya I hold majority of my fat there. My legs are always lean and my delts and arms stay vascular all around them. It's like it all centers on my sides and lower abdominal. I know that's where most is but IMO for me it's love handles.

    I just started cardio this week and it's been fn horrible. Makes me feel so out of shape lol
