For some reason after complaining to my doctor, he never told me there was a easy transdermal patch system and still wont tell me anything about how to get the injections

So now I'm hoping other people on here my age (or was my age on TRT) can give me some advise on how the patches worked for them. I've read about the side effects and other stuff about the different methods but they don't make any sense, since if they are the same symptoms as having low T, how do you know if they are side effects or just the treatment not working? So far I've mainly just noticed slight skin irritation at my application sites, but I do have some of the side effects they list, only they are all things that I've gotten from either other problems or from before I was on TRT. They kinda freak me out but I was hoping most are only things that usually happen when your a lot older. Can anybody shed some light on these things for me?

It would probably work better for you to start a new thread for yourself and try to mostly ask any questions you might have in that thread.
Not all of the people in the TRT forum are body builders.
You need to search for yourself for all the info you want about injections ect.

Do you have any recent blood work showing your present test levels, they might not be high enough if you aren't applying it faithfully and if your symptoms haven't been relieved?

I'm 29, was feeling like hell for 4 plus years, finally got loo taken and doc found my test level at 50. Put me on Androgel and since I've foun a TRT doc and have a pretty good protocol. 200mg/ml test cyp a week (.5 twice a week) clomid, hcg 250iu EOD and anastrozole .5 twice a week.
Im on my 4th week and definitely feeling much better than last week. I'm taking clomid and hcg in hopes that my sperm count isn't going to be diminished. my wife and I are trying to have our 1st child.

My low t I'm sure was caused my aas (only ran 1 15 week cycle) but didnt use hcg and I think my pct was bunk from Mexico. also on Methadone 80mgs a day which I'm tapering off of 10 mgs every 2 weeks. been on the methadone for a year and 3 months and I hate it. I suffer from chronic pain due to a broken talus bone that now has screws and plates in my ankle. I was tired of running through oxycodone like candy so I switched to Methadone and its added weight, depression and killed my T levels as if they weren't already tanked.

So here I am!!! So far no regrets of my TRT choice, just pray that I get my wife knocked up!!!!!!!

Thank You Trific, I appreciate your welcome and help.
I'm sorry about the long post if it went off topic, I just feel like I have to give background information or something to explain my story sometimes. I came to this forum to see what other people my age were experiencing with low T and TRT. I wanted to contribute my experience for others to learn, and hopefully hear from people in similar situations. I guess at the end I for some reason felt like I was supposed to actually have a question for people in the post. I don't know if I need to post anything somewhere else, I just want to hear from more people on this topic in general for now. Hopefully my added questions will allow someone like me to have a good reason to respond or something.

I asked about everyone being body builders just because most people I saw posting had pictures of themselves flexing or working out etc., and I wanted to make sure this forum is for people who have low T and not people just trying TRT to help with working out or something.

I was tested once in the beginning to diagnose me and I THINK my levels were in the 200's. I have had a form to get tested again to see how my medicine is working, but I got like 5 or 6 months ago and either kept forgetting about it or deciding to wait because I didn't want to get tested unless I had actually been taking my medicine consistently. I know my levels prob haven't been high enough because yes my symptoms - while definitely a little better - were still out of control, most likely because yes for long time I would forget to take it sometimes or put it off till later in the day. I have been better about making sure I put it on as early as I can, but I really just want to switch to Androderm patches, so that it's much easier and not such a hassle. I can't believe anybody uses the pain in the ass gels if there's patches you can use instead. I really wish someone would of told me sooner, but of course the doctors just try to push whatever brands are giving them a kickback

Sounds like you need to switch to the patches asap so that you are using them and getting to feel better.
