    my current TDEE is probably about 2900, as for macronutrient, is that referring to protein/carbs/fat intake percentage? I couldn't even tell you on a daily basis, I'm not very consistent in what I eat at the moment.

    That's your issue. You can't gauge why you are not gaining/losing unless you know this information

    that's a start. If you are truly not gaining after eating near double your TDEE, you may want to get some bloodwork done. Although I doubt it.
