does a skull stop growing when....

lets say i m 160lbs now and i got jaw implants and a chin implant ... after sometime i gain muscles and everything and i reach 180lbs ... will my head still remain the size it was before and not grow while my body grows into a beast .... i think it will result something like this right or no???
