I am not currently eating that much as I said that was the last season I played which was 2 years ago as I had to take last season off due to an injury and I know it sounds like a lot of calories per day but I kept a complete food diary for myself and my doctor as she wanted to supervise my food intake to make sure It was safe and I did hit that 8000/day goal so sorry all you that say I don’t know how or what to eat but I had a professional do my diet for me. Like I said before it was based on a high protein diet (steak and potatoes, full chicken and rice, lots of fish lots of cheese and vegies) spread over 6 full meals and snacks (meal replacement bars, almonds ad mix nuts, ham and cheese sandwiches act…) and protein shakes (each over 1500cal) and lots of water honestly it’s not hard to hit 8000cal/per just basically always eating. I am about to start training again and unfortunately its high cardio and to hockey Kong I am generally running or working out for at least 6 hours a day like I said I ref, I coach, and I play on 2 teams. So any gain I do get gets burned from all the cardio I was hoping by doing a cycle it would help me keep some of the gain like I said I’m not looking to be a huge monster out there but just to put on a little extra in a few months being 150lbs isn’t that much fun when you play against guys that weigh between 200lbs- 235lbs on average and then the real monsters at 250 plus. I appreciate all the advice both on doing a cycle as well as the advice on staying natural it all help like I said I’m not 100% decided yet and want to make sure if I do it then I do it as safe as possible and have all the info and some personal stories to help so i hopefully don’t make any mistakes.
