Want to hear something ever stranger? My 225 reps are about a dozen, tops. BUT you hand me a 145lb dumbbell and i'll do seated triceps extension with it - 13 reps, and could have did more. Go figure
I also find it strange too....ill be at a cable machine with two handles and ill do one bicep at 70 lbs for x amount of reps but when I use both arms at 70 lbs the reps are harder and I do less ..... :err: (scooby doo sound)

Sounds like body position that is tough to figure out. The way the secondary muscles ant some other body parts and the way a little unrecognized cheating come into play. ...crazy not mike
