    Need help! New to this community!

    Hey guys! So happy I found this community. Seems like their is a lot of knowledgable and nice guys on here to help everyone out.

    Stats are the following
    5'11
    175
    b/f unknown


    So just a quick rundown the reason why I joined is i need help.
    Im a open boxer meaning I have had more than ten amatuer fights with plans to go pro.
    I started at 21 so obviously really too late to make it a career but still would like to take a good jab at it lol.

    Anyways I train everyone other day.
    Mon, weds, fri and sunday, and sprints or basketball games on thursday.
    Im looking to start crossfit or crossfit like training, and the day I would be doing this is on tuesday.
    My coach has banned me from the weight room but he is a bit of an old school type guy, and I want to start some weight training to help with strength and i think it will help with confidence. (looking good fighting good)

    I want to run a 50 day cycle of winstrol 50mg everyday.
    With a clean diet eating every 2-3 hours.

    Do you think this will be benificial for me?
    Is there something better than winstrol I can use?
    And do you think this will be over training because of the days im working out and only having saturdays off.
    Please help!!

    OP you should not do AAS until you are at least 25. It can cause temporary and/or permanent damage to your HPTA.

    besides that, winny only cycle is not the way to go.

    21 and 10 fights? Have you fought every 3-4 weeks?

    anyway, you're too young and can make great progress w/good diet and continued training.

    You can easily get up to 200 pounds, just lay off the juice and keep pushing.

    hey sorry the age says 21 im actually turning 24 in two weeks when i registered i did it quick as possible. sorry if there was confusion i just wanted to get on and ask asap.
    you sound a bit irratated sorry man but being 24 does that help? and if winny by itself doesnt seem right for you, what do you suggest? im open to anything.

    hey its worse than that im turning 24 with 12 fights. and no i havent fought that often im not trying to be world champion but just want to do it for experience and maybe 1-2 pro fights before i die just as a personal goal. are you a fighter? what do you suggest man. because im doing crossfit and sprints between training days and want to get shredded for the summer..

    Bad idea. Don't run solo. Always with test.

    And frankly if you ain't ready to inject you ain't ready for AAS

    I understand where you're coming from, buddy. It's just that your profile and post was a little off. Sorry bout that.

    Well, let's do this. Can you post your routines up so we can look at them? At first glance it sounds like you might be overtraining. I could be wrong, but let's see. And lay your diet out as well. Also, be particular in your routine. We need to know all of it.

    monday- 5rnds of high intensity pads 3 min with bag drills skipping drills shadow boxing and speed ball and up and down ball. 2hrs.
    tuesday- is the day i was thinking of doing crossfit training. havent started.
    weds- insetad of pads i spar 4 rnds 3mins and the work out routine is the same
    thurs- i play in a mens basketball league if im not doing that im at the track doing sprints. 45 min
    friday- monday
    sat- rest
    sunday- same as weds.

    diet consists of eating every 2-4 hours.
    lots of fish chicken and rice. im trying to up my vege intake but i do take a greens supp everyday.

    supplements are:
    whey protein
    anavite -multivitamin
    fish oils
    bit of pre workouts if im feeling sluggish.

    some people here dont think i should take winni by itself. is it really that bad?
    maybe anavar? not ready to do injections....yet.
    is there better aas that is suited for me?
    im looking to shred down and build a bit of muscle for summer
    would rather not gain any weight to be honest, but im sure thats unavoidable.

    lets just say IF i was gonna run something solo without injectables with a proper diet. is there something else you suggest?
    i hear lots of ppl doing cycles of anavar and winstrol alone and they seemed to get some good results.
    like i said im not trying to be a pro body builder or fighter. i would just like something to help my apperance for this summer by adding in crossfit training to my schedule.
    and i eat very clean already.

    Before getting into the "IF", perhaps you can post up what your typical daily diet looks like.

    Gladly, thanks for showing some interest.

    Typical day maybe a few slight moderations here and there.

    6:30 am 500ml water with multi vitamin fish oil
    7:15am 3-4 scrambled eggs with oatmeal or plain brown toast and vegegreens.
    10am yogurt, almonds and protein shake
    12:30pm chicken breast and brown rice with sweet thai sauce.
    4pm protein shake maybe some nuts
    6:15 train
    8:30 makeral or salmon with brown rice and fruit


    only thing i can add is that usually after fights i go nuts for 2 days not really caring what i eat or drink
    but i wont be doing any heavy cheat meals if i decide to do my first cycle.
