So just a quick rundown the reason why I joined is i need help.
Im a open boxer meaning I have had more than ten amatuer fights with plans to go pro.
I started at 21 so obviously really too late to make it a career but still would like to take a good jab at it lol.
Anyways I train everyone other day.
Mon, weds, fri and sunday, and sprints or basketball games on thursday.
Im looking to start crossfit or crossfit like training, and the day I would be doing this is on tuesday.
My coach has banned me from the weight room but he is a bit of an old school type guy, and I want to start some weight training to help with strength and i think it will help with confidence. (looking good fighting good)
I want to run a 50 day cycle of winstrol 50mg everyday.
With a clean diet eating every 2-3 hours.
Do you think this will be benificial for me?
Is there something better than winstrol I can use?
And do you think this will be over training because of the days im working out and only having saturdays off.
Please help!!
