    Well, let's do this. Can you post your routines up so we can look at them? At first glance it sounds like you might be overtraining. I could be wrong, but let's see. And lay your diet out as well. Also, be particular in your routine. We need to know all of it.

    monday- 5rnds of high intensity pads 3 min with bag drills skipping drills shadow boxing and speed ball and up and down ball. 2hrs.
    tuesday- is the day i was thinking of doing crossfit training. havent started.
    weds- insetad of pads i spar 4 rnds 3mins and the work out routine is the same
    thurs- i play in a mens basketball league if im not doing that im at the track doing sprints. 45 min
    friday- monday
    sat- rest
    sunday- same as weds.

    diet consists of eating every 2-4 hours.
    lots of fish chicken and rice. im trying to up my vege intake but i do take a greens supp everyday.

    supplements are:
    whey protein
    anavite -multivitamin
    fish oils
    bit of pre workouts if im feeling sluggish.

    some people here dont think i should take winni by itself. is it really that bad?
    maybe anavar? not ready to do injections....yet.
    is there better aas that is suited for me?
    im looking to shred down and build a bit of muscle for summer
    would rather not gain any weight to be honest, but im sure thats unavoidable.
