I looked into joining and came very close. I shied away once I learned the contract locked me into 12 months of auto-draft payments. I didn't like being committed if I didn't like the service, or the doctor they paired me to, or learned my insurance would deny the claims I would file. I understand their perspective, that they prescribe 3-months meds in advance and if they didn't auto draft payment, people would get meds and bail on them after one month. But still, I'm not comfortable being locked in for 12 months. They need a trial subscription option, in my opinion. If you are okay with committing to 12 months then every indication is they will provide as advertised. As mentioned above there are other less expensive avenues, especially if you have insurance. Keep asking on the forums. I've received a couple of doctor references in my area from the good men here in the forum.

Wow, that is both suprising and a huge drawback to me as well.

Like you said, if the doctor sucks then you can't get out without financial penalty... that's rough!
