    I want to hit delts more but I get some crazy pain in my left shoulder if I try anything over 15kgs

    Cables,db raises anything that invokes shoulder movement even chest fly's it starts to play up.

    shit, didnt catch this post... instead of going heavy for DB laterals, stick to around 10kg (even less if you feel the burn) and make sure you are lifting with your elbows higher than where the DB ends up at full height. Pause at the top for half second on then lower very slowly. You will probably feel as though it is way too light for the first 7-9 reps but the last 3-5 reps will start a major pump.

    I do this every 3rd week roughly to take the strain off my rotators from heavy lifting and I find I still get that burning swell in my delts as though I was lifting twice as much.
